Digital Product Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once the download has been completed. However, to comply with platform requirements, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase for exceptional cases—such as when the product is not as described, or fails to download.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your payment provider to complete the transaction.
