When you get a new guinea pig, one of the first things you'll want to do is pick a good name that will suit your pet and we have literally hundreds of names here!
Whether it is a baby guinea pig or an adopted guinea pig who might already have a name, you will probably want the fun of re-naming your new pet.
You could choose a name simply because you like it and it sounds cute, funny or unusual or you could pick one that particularly suits the way they look. We've put together collections of names that will suit your guinea pig's colour and fur type as well as those that are suited to boys, girls or pairs.
If you haven't got your guinea pig yet, it would be great if you would consider adopting one from a rescue centre. You can check out our rescue page here...
